Svein Atle Hagaseth
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Svein Atle has spent more than a decade building, scaling and operating digital infrastructure platforms for hyperscale and mission-critical workloads.
Before founding Heim, he held multiple senior executive roles at Green Mountain, where he played a central role in transforming the company from a small regional operator into one of the leading Nordic data center platforms. During this journey, he worked across the full lifecycle of the business — from early site development and commercial strategy to hyperscale delivery, operations and international expansion.
Svein Atle worked closely with some of the world’s largest technology companies, navigating complex customer requirements, regulatory environments and long-term operational commitments. His experience spans development, commercial leadership, platform scaling and stakeholder management across multiple markets.
At Heim, Svein Atle is responsible for overall strategy, platform development and ensuring that Heim’s vision, values and execution remain aligned as the company grows.
Tor Kristian Gyland
Executive Chairman & President
Tor Kristian brings deep technical, operational and leadership experience from building and operating large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure.
Throughout his career, he has worked at the intersection of engineering, operations and executive leadership — leading technical teams, overseeing complex operational environments and supporting platform growth through disciplined governance and execution.
He is known for his calm, methodical approach and his ability to translate technical complexity into clear priorities and direction. Tor Kristian has extensive experience in ensuring that growth never compromises safety, reliability or operational integrity.
As Executive Chairman of Heim, he provides strategic oversight, technical depth and operational discipline, supporting the leadership team and the organization as a whole.

Chief Financial Officer
The Heim CFO is an experienced finance executive with a strong track record in financial leadership, strategy and governance within capital-intensive, technology-driven businesses.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business & Economics from the University of Edinburgh and has also studied at the London School of Economics. Over his career, and has held senior roles across finance, strategy and executive management.
The Heim CFO has extensive experience working with boards, founders, investors and lenders to structure scalable platforms, manage financial risk and support long-term value creation. His background includes project finance, platform economics, governance structures and financial frameworks that support phased development and international growth.
He is known for combining financial rigor with a practical understanding of how infrastructure businesses operate day to day — ensuring that financial strategy enables execution rather than constrains it.
At Heim, the CFO is responsible for financial strategy, governance and platform economics, ensuring that the company is built on a solid, transparent and scalable financial foundation.
